The Third Energy Center:

This is the center you feel when you worry.

When energy leaves this center in fear and doubt, you feel it in the 'pit of your stomach.' Every organ in the central area of your body is affected... but your stomach is especially sensitive. You feel pain in this area every time you fear that you will not be able to accomplish something that is important to you. In its mildest form, this pain is queasiness, or "butterflies" in the stomach. If you worry long enough about [ fill in the blank] ... this is when stomach ulcers occur.

Balancing your body chemistry and reducing acid in your stomach will not reach the root of the problem. The first step in healing a stomach ulcer is to develop emotional awareness... it begins the process of pulling the problem out by the root.

When energy leaves this center in love and trust...

• you have no doubt that you can accomplish what you need to accomplish.

• You do not fear failure.

• You know that you are the right person, in the right place, at the right time.

• Every challenge stimulates you.

• You are comfortable with  your abilities, and grateful for them.

When energy leaves your solar plexus in love and trust, you are relaxed and confident, open and capable. You feel competent, and you are. ~

From the 7th Center (Crown) -
Fear & Doubt: Feel disconnected from nonphysical Universe
Love and Trust: Feel connected with nonphysical Universe

From the 6th Center (Forehead) -
Fear & Doubt: World appears cold and frightening- 5 sensory perception only
Love & Trust: See wisdom, compassion of Universe; meaning in every experience

From the 5th Center (Throat) -
Fear & Doubt: Constricted Expression
Love & Trust: Clear and Powerful expression

From the 4th Center (Heart) -
Fear & Doubt: Fear love is impossible. Close, defensive; people appear as objects
Love & Trust: Feel connected to all of Life

From the 3rd Center (Solar Plexus)-
Fear & Doubt: Anxious. Feel unable to provide for self or defend self
Love & Trust: Confident, relaxed

From the 2nd Center (Sexual Organs) -
Fear & Doubt: Strong sexual craving; exploit others
Love & Trust: Creative; celebrate Life

From the 1st Center (Base/Root) -
Fear & Doubt: Earth does not feel like home, uncomfortable with your life
Love & Trust: At home and at ease on the Earth
